The Method
The Hermes Induction: Why We Map You Before We Build Anything
Every WOW ME coaching engagement begins with the Hermes Induction — a structured intake that produces a baseline map of the client's actual operating architecture before any coaching work begins.
There is a reason every WOW ME coaching engagement begins with the Hermes Induction.
You cannot build the right system for a person you don't actually understand. And most coaching programmes, regardless of quality, begin with an intake process that produces a description of the client's situation — their goals, their history, their problems. This is not the same as a map of their architecture.
The Hermes Induction produces the architecture. Before Session 0. Before any coaching work begins. Before any redesign is attempted.
Why Hermes
Hermes is the god of thresholds — the boundary between where the client is and where the work begins. In mythology, he is the only deity who moves freely between all realms: the world of the living, the world of the dead, and everywhere in between. He is the translator, the messenger, the guide who safely moves things from one state to another.
The Hermes Induction is named for this function. It is the threshold crossing — the point at which the client moves from being a person with a situation to being a person with a map. The map tells us what we're building on before we build anything.
The Three Components
The Hermes Map draws on three distinct data sources, each producing a different layer of architectural intelligence.
Numerology reveals the deep operating logic of the person — the primary trajectory (Life Path), the natural operating method (Expression), the actual motivational driver (Soul Urge), and the current cycle (Personal Year). The Soul Urge number is the most architecturally critical. A system built against the actual motivational driver will be resisted unconsciously regardless of conscious commitment.
Astrology reveals the emotional operating system and the identity interface. The Moon sign is particularly critical for the Dark Night Protocol — every Moon sign collapses differently in disruption and requires a different navigation map. The Rising sign is the face the world reads, which is particularly relevant for personal branding clients who are redesigning their public presence.
Archetype Identifier reveals the operating pattern. The primary archetype is the dominant template through which the person experiences the world and makes decisions. The secondary archetype is the supporting pattern — often the source of the internal contradiction that produces decision paralysis. The shadow is the suppressed or rejected aspect of the primary, and almost always the direct cause of the ceiling.
The Output
The Hermes Map is not a reading. It is not a spiritual document. It is architectural intelligence — the structural portrait of who this person actually is, assembled from three complementary data sources, delivered in system language.
It goes directly into ACS or OBS as the foundation layer. Every session, every structural intervention, every piece of coaching work is built on top of it. It does not change — it is the fixed foundation. What changes throughout the engagement is the architecture built on top of it.
The client arrives at Session 0 holding their own map. The diagnostic begins not with the question "what is your situation?" but "given who you actually are, what is the architecture that would serve you best?" That is a very different conversation — and it produces very different work.
