Services

WOW ME Coaching (My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd) provides coaching, mentoring, and related digital resources. Coaching is a professional relationship focused on structural redesign and personal development. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

Payments

All payments are taken by phone with a signed credit card authorisation form. Payment plans are available as specified at the time of engagement. All prices are quoted in the client's local currency at time of engagement.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a program has commenced. This includes partial refunds for unused sessions. By entering into an engagement with WOW ME Coaching you acknowledge and accept this policy.

No Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your card provider constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated costs in the event of a chargeback.

Results

Coaching results depend significantly on the client's engagement, commitment, and implementation. WOW ME Coaching makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. The client is solely responsible for the actions they take as a result of coaching.

Confidentiality

All client information shared in coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
