Induction.
Every coaching engagement at WOW ME begins before the first session. The Hermes Induction is a structured intake that produces the Hermes Map — the baseline portrait of who the client actually is at the structural level.
You cannot build the right system for a person you don't actually understand. Most coaching programmes begin with a goals conversation. We begin with a structural map.
The Hermes Map is delivered 48 hours before Session 0. Both parties arrive at the diagnostic already holding the foundation.

Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, and Personal Year numbers. The Soul Urge is the most architecturally critical — it reveals the actual motivational driver. A system built against it will be resisted at the unconscious level regardless of conscious commitment.

Sun, Moon, Rising, and dominant aspects. The Moon sign determines how the client collapses under pressure — critical for the Dark Night Protocol. Every Moon sign requires a different navigation map in disruption.

Primary and secondary operating archetypes. The pattern that produces both the greatest natural success and the invisible ceiling. The shadow of the primary archetype is almost always the direct cause of the stall — in life and in business.
