The ceiling is rarely a strategy problem.

Every growing business hits a ceiling. The standard diagnosis is external — market conditions, team underperformance, wrong strategy. These are possible. But there is a category of ceiling that none of these diagnoses address, because the actual constraint is the operating pattern of the person who built the business.
The business is not broken. It is running exactly the pattern of the person at its centre. The Warrior founder who cannot delegate. The Sage founder who cannot commit. Every engagement begins before the first session and follows the W.O.W.M.E. sequence applied to the business context. Sessions are 90 minutes throughout — business structural work requires depth.
Before Session 0 — Hermes Induction
The Hermes Map
In business coaching, the Hermes Induction is particularly critical: the ceiling a business cannot break is almost always rooted in the owner's operating architecture. Your numerology profile, astrological signature, and Archetype Identifier are mapped before the diagnostic so both parties arrive holding the owner's structural portrait.
Session 0 — Business Ceiling Diagnostic
The Business Architecture Blueprint
90 minutes. We examine where unison has broken down — between the owner, the team, and the business structure. What decisions are actually being made and at what level. What patterns repeat in the team and the culture. You leave with your Business Architecture Blueprint: the precise map of what is actually running the business versus what should be.
Sessions 1–3 — Structural Audit
What the Business Actually Is
The Order phase applied to the business. Where accountability actually lives versus where it should. Where the owner's pattern is encoded in the dysfunction. The Decision Rights Framework is designed. OBS is fully active from session one.
Sessions 4–6 — Alignment Installation
The Unison Protocol
The OBS framework is applied to the actual decision flow of the business. Owner, team, and structure begin to operate as a coherent system. The Unison Dashboard tracks alignment in real time. The Dark Night Protocol is available throughout — the Will phase in a business always surfaces resistance from the existing culture.
Sessions 7–12 — Integration (6-month)
The Architecture Becomes the Culture
Mastery in a business is when the new defaults have replaced the old ones — when the business can hold its standard without the owner managing every element. Owner-team alignment sessions (2 included in 6-month). The Evolve phase begins: structured calibration as the business reaches its next level.
