The Execution
Gap Assessment
The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it is not motivational. It is architectural. But not all execution gaps are the same — and the wrong intervention on the wrong type produces no result.
This assessment identifies exactly which type of gap you're dealing with, so the fix is specific rather than generic.
The instruction is not precise enough to execute. Ambiguity masquerades as procrastination.
The path has too many steps or obstacles. High enough friction stops execution regardless of intention.
The architecture does not recognise you as someone who does this. The deepest and most durable gap.
Think about one specific thing you know you should be doing and consistently aren't.
