Most business ceilings are diagnosed incorrectly. The ceiling is attributed to market conditions, team underperformance, or wrong strategy. The actual constraint is often the operating pattern of the person who built the business. The business is not broken. It is running exactly the pattern of the person at its centre. To break the ceiling, the pattern needs to be mapped — and the architecture needs to be redesigned around it. This is what business coaching at WOW ME does.
Before We Begin — The Hermes Induction
Same as Life Coaching: every business client completes the Hermes Induction before Session 0. In the business context, the Hermes Map is particularly critical because the ceiling a business cannot break is almost always rooted in the owner's operating architecture. The map makes visible what is currently invisible — and invisibly running the show.
How It Works
Session 0 - Business Ceiling Diagnostic (90 min)
We examine where the unison has broken down — between the owner, the team, and the business structure. You leave with your Business Architecture Blueprint: a precise map of what's actually running the business versus what should be.
Sessions 1-3 - Structural Audit
What the business actually is versus what it is supposed to be. Where accountability is unclear. Where decisions route incorrectly. Where the owner's pattern is encoded in the dysfunction.
Sessions 4-6 - Alignment Installation
OBS framework applied to the decision flow. The Unison Protocol established. Owner, team, and structure beginning to operate as a coherent system.
Sessions 7-12 (6-month) - Integration
The system holds without requiring the owner to be everywhere. Decisions are made at the right level. The architecture supports growth rather than constraining it.
